I will help you with your House Purchases and Sales, Refinancing, Condo Developments and Commercial Real Estate and Leases. I am available to you and your Realtor to examine the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and discuss any conditions you may wish to include to ensure you are fully protected (e.g. conditional on financing, inspection of the property, review of a Status Certificate for a Condominium, sale of your existing home etc.) My service includes ensuring that you obtain good title to the property. I will conduct all necessary searches to ensure you are obtaining good title and/or will obtain Title Insurance to ensure you are protected. I will discuss any issues with you should they arise so that you are fully informed on all facets of your transaction. I will complete your Mortgage Documents once I receive instructions from your Lender and will make sure you fully understand your financing. I will examine your insurance to make sure it meets your Lender’s criteria. When I meet with you prior to closing to review all documents I want to know you fully understand everything presented to you for signature. I welcome your questions along the way, should you have any concerns.

Timing

Most deals can be closed very quickly—and within a few days of receiving mortgage instructions from the Bank. Transactions that have to close faster would be treated as “Rush Deals” and might incur a small additional charge.

Real Estate transactions are a priority to me-just as your transaction is important to you. I deliver personal service-you will see me, not a Secretary or Assistant. I answer my own phone-you always deal directly with a lawyer. I strive to complete your transaction in a timely and comprehensive manner and send you a complete Report within a short period following final closing.
